producersThe Producers (March 5 –  28) Bialystock and Bloom! Max Bialystock is a washed up Broadway producer who is forced to romance rich old ladies to finance his efforts, and Leo Bloom is a mousey CPA who comes to review Max’s books. When the two meet, their combined expertise points them toward the ultimate Broadway scam. Outrageous, hilarious, a teeny bit offensive, off the wall but never boring – populated with colorful characters and enlivened with witty songs filled with sly cultural references – you will find yourself holding your sides with laughter as Max and Leo sing and dance their way through the greatest show biz scam that there ever was! It is truly a “boffo” hit, winning a record 12 Tony Awards and wowing capacity crowds!

stomp2009-2010 Harris Broadway Season

STOMP is explosive, provocative, sophisticated, sexy, utterly unique and appeals to audiences of all ages. The international percussion sensation has garnered an armful of awards and rave reviews; and has appeared on numerous national television shows. The eight-member troupe uses everything but conventional percussion instruments -- matchboxes, wooden poles, brooms, garbage cans, Zippo lighters, hubcaps -- to fill the stage with magnificent rhythms. The return of the percussive hit also brings some new surprises, with some sections of the show now updated and restructured and the addition of two new full-scale routines, utilizing props like tractor tire inner tubes and paint cans.

As USA Today says, "STOMP finds beautiful noises in the strangest places."
